Your customers will need to have a Google account in order to be able to leave you a review.
We have not run into Google limiting the amount of reviews but they do manually approve them. So after a customer leaves you a review it may not immediately show up on your page.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Yes this program would work for reverse mortgages.
You want to make sure that the 5 star ratings and reviews that you are getting from your customers are very specific.
Make sure that when other people read the profile and testimonials on your page you are seen as the reverse mortgage expert.
Thanks for the great question!

In some jurisdictions there are rules around incentives, inducements and referral fees. Before embarking on a “coupon” campaign one should check their local regulations to make sure their program fits.
I agree totally. You always need to be up front and honest :)

Here in Revelstoke, which is a small town, most people have a post office box, which dosn’t change when they move to a new house, so, not sure that updating new contact data on Facebook would a “bang”. Having said that, I’m not Facebook litereate, so perhaps my perception is off base. That said, I’m not sure that that sending out the photographer on the day of moving is so good. For the guy, sure, but most females wouldn’t like a photo of themselves on moving day, unmade up etc. But again, with all of the “instant” posting of pictures on Facebook and You Tube, I’m likely out of “touch”.
We have also had success giving away something as simple as a Tim Hortons gift card.
As long as it is a great “Thank You” to your customers and it is something their friends would really want… you have all the elements you need for a viral Mortgage Referral campaign. :)
Thanks for watching!

cwjstone said: No worries!
We have been experiencing this more and more. It just means that Google is reviewing your reviews to make sure that they are legitimate.
Once they check and make sure all your reviews are from real customers you will see them show back up on your page.
